Baker's special, short-run chocolate brands included Century Sweet Chocolate, which debuted in 1900, to celebrate the turn of the century. Other specialty chocolates helped with war efforts. Baker’s has a history of producing chocolate specifically for the United States and allied soldiers at war. During World War I, in 1917, they focused a large portion of their production on creating the W.T.W. brand, which stood for “Win The War” and was used as a part of troop rations.
